David, the manager, treats people like family. He’s a devoted man of God, and his kindness makes him feel like someone I’ve known for years instead of a stranger. The staff are friendly, the rooms are very clean, and they’ve always helped me with whatever I needed, big or small. I’ve had no problems here and would recommend it for travel or a short-term home.

We only stayed briefly for our anniversary, but the room wasn’t what I’d hoped for. The bed seemed more like a queen, maybe even a double, despite my booking a king. I was too tired to sort it out near midnight. I slept terribly and woke up sore all over, which was odd since I take a muscle relaxer to sleep. There was a yellowish stain on the box spring, a bad smell in the room, and weed odor in the second-floor hallway. I even went to Walmart for an air freshener. In the morning there was no grab-and-go breakfast left. I didn’t expect luxury for the price, but the stay was disappointing. At least it meant I wasn’t sleeping in my van.

As a single mom with two kids under five, I’m really grateful for Ramone. Jason. Elsie n messiah.. They’re understanding, helpful, and try to sort out any problems quickly. They talk to me like a person and don’t judge me or treat me like a homeless bum. I can’t speak for everyone, but they’ve been the best to me. If someone says otherwise, maybe they’re just mad they didn’t get their way. I appreciate them more than they know.

There’s a complimentary breakfast, but it’s the same every day: muffins and coffee. I gave it three stars because only one entrance is open, while all the other doors are locked. The side door would have been much more convenient for me.
