The rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean, and the hotel is right across the street from the Legend. Breakfast and coffee are complimentary. My only suggestion is to offer water at check-in. As a member, I rely on having it available to take medication, though bottles are sold for $4. Aside from that, I’d recommend staying here.

I left my keys in the room, and the visiting manager helped me get them back quickly. We had a nice chat while he helped. I’d told him I was in town to see my grandma, and the next day he greeted me with a smile and asked how she was as I headed out. The hotel is very nice and well kept, with modern, clean rooms that are thoughtfully laid out. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

This has been the worst hotel customer service I’ve experienced. Since Wednesday, I’ve called five times to change my stay dates, and nobody has responded to the request I sent through Booking. A manager said she’d make the change and call to confirm, but I never heard back. When I eventually got someone on the phone, they said management was new and staff didn’t have the passwords needed to approve anything. I followed the advice I got last night and called again this morning, only to be told to try again in an hour so they could reach the manager and find out whether the request would be approved. The lack of communication, follow-through, and any resolution has been extremely frustrating.

Regina was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The room was laid out well, but the bathroom wall, ceiling, and tub wall looked like repairs were still underway. Maybe finish the work before renting the room.

The room was clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of lots of restaurants. It’s also very close to Kasas Motor speedway. Great hotel.
