I’ve used the gym during several work trips and was surprised by how much equipment it had. It was well maintained and more than enough for a good workout. The whole facility is very clean, breakfast is consistently good with solid choices, and the attentive staff are quick to help. I’ve stayed here multiple times and haven’t had any issues. It’s a dependable spot for business travel or just about anyone, and I’d recommend it.

While I was waiting in the lobby for my colleague, I saw Ashly treat everyone with the same warmth and respect. She’s the General Manager, and when she realized I’d been to her location several times, she offered help before I even asked. I really appreciated that. Her professionalism and hospitality are the kind of example more managers should follow. Thanks again, Ashly.

Erica was friendly and helpful when I checked in, and Maisie was lovely at checkout. The staff kept everything clean, including the breakfast area, and the basic breakfast was quite good. There was also excellent coffee available around the clock. I’d recommend the hotel. The free cookie at check-in was a fun surprise!

I understand a hotel can set its own age requirements. My problem was being told by the General Manager at the Avid Hotel in Lebanon, TN that Tennessee law requires guests to be 21 to check in. That isn’t true, and it came across as a deliberate way to end the conversation instead of taking responsibility for the hotel’s policy. This was one of the most frustrating and dishonest interactions I’ve had with a hotel. A manager lying to a customer, especially about the law, is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. If this is how management answers basic questions over the phone, it makes me question how the hotel is run.
