Muhammad has really turned this place around. I live here now in one of the remodeled rooms, and it feels like home. It's kept nice and clean, and housekeeping usually comes every week. The property gets picked up and cleaned daily, with not a piece of trash in sight. After work, it's nice to come back to a big bed, big TV, and hot shower. Thanks to housekeeping for all you do for me as a resident, and to the receptionist for giving me a good deal. Five out of five for an amazing property and owner. Thanks to corporate for training Muhammad to be such a great owner and businessman.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite our request for a nonsmoking room, and we were out the door again in under five minutes, prepared to lose the $51. There were roaches on the curtains, severe water damage to the MDF floorboards, tissue stuffed into the door's peepholes, and torn fitted sheets. The manager, or maybe the owner, I'm not sure who he was, refunded us even though signs said the booking was nonrefundable. I appreciate that, though it makes me hesitate to leave a bad review. Still, people should know what they're paying for beyond the AI-generated website photos. One useful feature was the accessible setup: toilet bars and a walk-in shower with a chair. We didn't need those, but I can see how someone with a disability would.

The room smelled awful. There were burn marks on the bed, towels with black curly hairs stuck in them, and only sheets, no real blanket. The walls had something that looked like blood dripping down them. They say there's a continental breakfast, but the lobby looked terrible and there was no food, just coffee that looked gross. I'll try to upload the photos I took if I can.

We didn't feel safe as a family. Smoke smell was extremely strong, trash was piled in the hall near the stairs, and someone was loitering in the hallway. The room's AC and heating unit didn't work, and neither did the light by the entrance. The front desk guy offered to have maintenance try fixing the unit. Since there were no other nonsmoking rooms, he eventually agreed to let me cancel the reservation. This isn't a place for families.
