City Center Hotel by Kasa

Check-in was contactless and incredibly easy, and everything was spotless, with so much care put into the details. Even little things like decaf coffee, earplugs, and a kettle in the room were thoughtful touches. The interior and exterior design are amazing. This is the best boutique hotel I’ve stayed at, and I can’t wait to return.

I stayed for 10 days and didn’t have a single negative moment. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with a big, comfortable bed and quality bathroom amenities. I really appreciated the details like a hairdryer, steam iron, earplugs, and a white noise machine. All the windows look onto the inner courtyard, which made the room feel peaceful and safe, without street noise. The courtyard is cozy, nicely furnished, and has a pleasant pool area. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the on-site restaurant “Rose & Olive” had good food and a lovely atmosphere. I picked the hotel for its location near the beach, though its lower price compared with nearby hotels of a similar level made me hesitate at first. It exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Kasa, I’d be happy to come back.

I picked this place mainly because it welcomes pets, and I’m glad I did. The modern-meets-retro design was lovely, the room was great, and the grounds were spotless and well maintained. My bed was comfortable, the window coverings kept the room dark, and the large bathroom had great products. The staff were always so pleasant. I was a little worried about there being no on-site parking, but a secure lot was less than a four-minute walk away and cost $19 for two nights. With my dog, it was great to find grassy areas in every direction within a block. I felt safe walking around, and the beach was under a 10-minute walk away. I’ll definitely be back, this is my go-to Long Beach hotel.

The staff at the front desk were incredible, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home and had a great stay!
