Hotel Per La

I loved the room's decor and how homey it felt. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The gym was very well equipped, with lots of equipment to choose from. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming, and gave me helpful recommendations during my stay. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, and I also loved the coffee shop drinks, especially the matcha latte and granola yogurt parfait. The rooftop bar drinks were great too. 10/10.

The people here are what made the stay memorable. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. Victor on the rooftop, and Maria and Claudia serving breakfast, were amazing. The Sales Manager was very sweet too, and gave us a tour of the Mezzanine level, though I'm blanking on her name. We spent a day at the iconic rooftop pool and really enjoyed the service. We chose Hotel Per La for Grammy's weekend and were glad we did. It made getting to and from the Crypto arena easy. The building's past as the Bank of Italy headquarters, then BoA, was fascinating, and wandering through the basement vault after a drink or two was fun. Do order the squid ink bucatini. The hotel is on the CSR "edit" list, so you also get a lot of extra value and hotel credits. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

The room was perfectly clean when we got in, and the front desk gentleman was kind and eager to help even though it was 6 in the morning. Valet staff were attentive around the clock, and even when we returned around midnight, they were still in a good mood. Those moments made the stay great, and we'd definitely come back. My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute trip to LA. We'd reserved March 8th-9th and arrived at 6:00am on the 8th. We called first to check whether early check-in was possible and were told it was, since we'd booked a day in advance. There was some confusion because no one had explained that we'd technically need to reserve March 7th-9th for that early arrival. We were told there might not be a room because we'd be "sacrificing one of our nights," which makes sense given how early we arrived. Despite the mix-up, they still let us check in early.

Lots of restaurants are close by, and Crypto Arena is within walking distance. The building has a lot of charm, and I loved the furnishings in the room. The beds were the most comfortable, and every staff member I met was very polite. I'd definitely stay here again.
