Metropolitan Inn & Suites

Thanks for the hospitality. I really enjoyed this boutique hotel and will definitely stay here again soon.

I was in town for a few days for a volleyball tournament, and this place was a much better deal than the inflated downtown hotel rates on weekends. The staff were amazing, and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. It's about a mile's walk to downtown, which is a good way to get some walking in. There are several wonderful restaurants very close by, and the staff helpfully recommended a couple.

I had $1,100 in my account when I arrived, but after staying one night and getting charged $491 for a room that should be $73 a night, a bunch of charges started appearing and I was left with only $300. I feel like this place scams disabled people and overcharges customers, including government cards. Now I can't buy my kids anything for Christmas. I won't go back, and I'm worried my credit card may have been hacked like mine was.

The room was clean and seemed new, and the hotel is close to the number 28 bus stop. The location itself wasn't the best, though. The body soap had run out, so I called reception and someone brought a travel-size one that worked for me. Nobody refilled it before I checked out.
