There were plenty of dogs at the hotel. None caused a problem, though it’s useful to know if you have allergies. The rooms were clean and fine, if a little tired and nothing fancy. It’s a great place to stay for a game or concert at Gillette. The shuttle can pick you up and bring you back, or it’s a quick, easy drive. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town for something at Gillette.

The room was very clean, and aside from two issues I’d give the place five stars. I also noticed refuse in the wooded strip along the back parking lot during my last stay. At 5:45 am, noise in the main lobby woke me up. I believe it was a mother and child talking loudly for about 15 minutes. I didn’t open my door to confirm, but it quieted down a few minutes after I called the police. I wanted to make sure nobody was hurt.

This used to be a safe, quiet spot off the highway, but times have changed. It’s behind a Stop and Shop in an industrial park. While I waited mid-morning to pick up a friend, a man in the parking lot was bothering people for a ride and money, especially women who were there alone. When I dropped her off, the same thing was happening with another man.

We were there for a concert, and the hotel’s shuttle was definitely cheaper than parking at the venue, even though it did cost extra. Our room was larger than I expected and had a cozy feel. The bed was so comfortable. We checked in on August 8th, and the staff were super friendly. Whenever we came across someone, we got a smile and a hello. We had an amazing stay.
