There’s plenty nearby, including a gas station around the corner, a Waffle House across the parking lot, and McDonald’s across the street. The hotel itself has a bar and restaurant with good food, free breakfast each morning, a small gym with enough for a workout, a pool I didn’t try, and a little shop for snacks. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice place, and I’d definitely come back.

The upgraded shower hardware, big-screen TV, and room layout were all great. I had a wonderful stay, from the warm welcome at check-in to the awesome Diana at the bar and restaurant. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

We won’t be coming back. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, though the bar staff were an exception. While we were napping, someone suddenly let themselves into our room with a key card. We were told it was a staff mistake, and the front desk employee reluctantly mumbled, “SORRY!” The room and breakfast were average, and the cleanliness was passable. Not a great experience.

The people at both the hotel and restaurant were great, and the free breakfast was awesome. Having a bar and grill inside the hotel is a real plus. If you’re traveling or visiting Marshall, this is the only place to stay!

Rachel at the front desk was amazing, and the whole staff made us feel welcome. Our room had modern decor and was clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay.
