Artrageous Flats Wynwood

My stay was pleasant, despite what I’d read in other reviews. There was enough parking each day, the room was clean, and the bed was good. I’d just suggest keeping expectations in line with the location, the property, and the price. To me, those three were a satisfactory match.

If you want a luxurious stay, Krymwood Flats isn’t the place. But for the price and location, it’s a good value, especially if you just need somewhere basic to sleep while exploring Wynwood and Miami. The room looked like the photos, the AC was ice cold, and the bed was comfortable. It was just right for my 3 day trip.

The place felt very unsafe, and we couldn’t stay, so I’m now out of $1100. They refused to refund us. There was little to no outside lighting, and the room was filthy: dirty walls and sheets, a huge roach in the shower, wall sockets coming out, and several holes in the walls. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stay away unless you have no money. The room smelled bad and had holes in the drywall. There were palm-sized roaches, the washer was out of order, and the Wi-Fi connected without internet. The shower drain backed up, and electrical wiring was exposed.
