The place was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. My neighbors were really loud in the hallway, and the TV didn't work, but I still had a pleasant stay and would come back.

I've been coming to this Mobile location for over a year whenever I'm in town, and every stay has been good. The staff always do what they can to make it a great visit. Hope they have a great year. I'm looking forward to returning in March. God bless you all.

The receipt had another guest's personal information on the back, which is a serious privacy issue. Earlier, in the middle of the night, I found two live cockroaches in my room; I have photos. They moved me to another room, but I couldn't get back to sleep. When I brought it up the next morning, the owner was rude and dismissive. I wouldn't stay here again.

I was here for almost two weeks and cleaned my own room. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning from front to back. They didn't ask for my IDENTIFICATION until I'd already stayed more than 10 days. It's all about the mighty dollar.

The remodeling looks nice, and getting checked in ahead of arrival made the process easy. The one thing missing is Michelle at the front desk. She was awesome, and you should bring her back.
