My son stays here whenever he visits, and we enjoy playing cards together in the spacious, welcoming lobby. The daytime staff are really friendly and go out of their way for guests. Just what you’d expect from a Hilton.

After a long day on the road, we got a good rest here. The rooms were clean and had plenty of supplies, and despite a nearly full parking lot we didn’t hear our neighbors or anyone in the hallway. Breakfast had lots of good options. Pat was cheerful and ready to help with anything we needed.

Sara Johnson looked after us during our strategic planning meeting for Summit Concrete at the Tru Hilton. She checked in to see whether we needed anything and made us feel welcome. Everyone else on staff took time to talk with us and get to know us a little, too. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Sara!

We’d never tried a Tru before, but the mostly positive reviews convinced us to give it a go. The place has a fun, welcoming feel, with a game area downstairs, and the staff were terrific. Our room was clean, the soaps and shampoo smelled great, and breakfast was included and delicious. I tried Nashville Hot Sauce for the first time and loved it. We met Pat, the lovely cook, and plan to stop again for breakfast next time we’re passing through. I’m sure the staff would help if any problems came up.

The beds were comfortable, the hotel was incredibly clean, and Kristen and Tanaya were attentive and really friendly with guests. I’ll be back.
