We ended our nights at the bar playing cards, with good music and Levi as a wonderful bartender. The hotel was within walking distance of lots of places, and we used the hop-on hop-off trolley to see much of town. After a show at Ryman, we felt safe walking back from Broadway. We had a welcoming arrival too: Scott was great, and the front desk let us check in early so we could get started on our adventure. Loved the whole stay and would recommend it.

I don't usually write reviews, but the front desk staff here made an exception worth mentioning. They were incredibly kind and helpful, really went the extra mile, and may be the best hotel front desk team I've ever encountered.

Downtown is a great location, but the rooms are crammed into the hotel. Service also fell short. The front desk mostly ignored us the night we were there, and at the bar no one came over. I had to go up front to try to get a menu. That's not the kind of service I like to see. At least we were only there for two nights.

The rooms were huge for the price, and the hotel was really clean. Its location was the best part for me: close to Broadway, plenty of good food, and many of the tourist spots, including the trolley city tour and Jack Daniel's distillery tour. Scott was really cool and helped us a lot with all our luggage.

There's lots to do nearby, with the hotel right next to Broadway st., Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium. The room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious, and the amenities were nice too, including the gym, breakfast, and TV. Service was great, and the staff were polite and helpful. Scott the valet was especially sweet.
