The East entrance stayed unusable for our entire visit, which lasted more than 2 weeks. The phones in the room have apparently been out of order for over 2 years. During our stay, the room was serviced only twice, and only after we found an attendant in the hall and asked directly. The service placard didn't get a response. When I went to the front desk for clean towels, the clerk scolded me. This place didn't live up to the Best Western name. Management replied to my review with a generic message saying they regretted not meeting our needs, but offered no specific steps to fix these problems. I doubt the issues will be addressed, let alone corrected. I don't expect to return to this failed Best Western.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the customer service there was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It smelled a bit stuffy at first, but turning on the AC cleared that up quickly.

The pool and common areas were clean, and the room was good too, with a nice showerhead and a soft, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, with the ladies keeping things stocked and tidying up. The staff were really nice. Well worth the money, and I'd stay again.

I enjoyed having a sitting area in the room. It was clean, though the bathroom was on the small side. The “Lodge” has been updated, and breakfast was nice, clean, and always fresh.

The rooms are comfortable and nice, and the friendly staff are happy to help. This is my regular place to stay in SW Missouri.
