Superlodge

The property looks neglected from the road, with run-down grounds and an exterior that gives the impression of long-term abandonment. In my view, the Super Lodge is an eyesore and far below what a reputable lodging brand should accept. It raises questions about inspections and regulatory standards, and looks like a rundown flop-house rather than a working motel. People in the area have noticed more loitering and vagrancy nearby, and many believe the motel is a major factor. The property seems to have a negative effect on neighborhood safety, cleanliness, and quality of life. For a brand that should care about its reputation and community presence, this level of deterioration is unacceptable. The Super Lodge needs serious corporate intervention, renovation, or full replacement.

My experience went from sweet to sour. At first I was grateful because they seemed to understand my situation, but something changed, and they don't seem to care how long you've been there or what you're dealing with. Mike is the only genuinely nice person who works there. The morning guy who checks whether you've checked in or out is sweet too. The cleaning ladies are rude: sometimes they walk past your room without knocking, and if you go to the office while they're behind the counter, they'll roll their eyes and give you attitude like you're an inconvenience.

I really love it here. The office staff are great and willing to work with you, and they're laid-back, never mean or hostile. Service and housekeeping are good, and the rooms are spacious, with mini fridges and flat-screen TVs. They're not bad people at all.

I called first to ask the minimum age for booking, and the man on the phone told me 18. After I booked, I got an email saying guests had to be 21, which I'm not. I feel like I was deliberately misled, and I can't get a full refund.
