The staff didn't seem interested in helping or responding well. When I told the front desk about a dangerous free fall in one of the 100+ year old elevators, they just said, "we appreciate your information," with no apology or check to see if I was okay. It's a very old setup.

What a pleasant surprise, a comfortable, safe, clean, fully equipped apartment for a fair price right in the middle of everything. Executive Plaza management deserves credit. Great place to stay in NYC.

This works well for either a short or long stay. The rooms are maintained and have the essentials you'd need at home, and the hygiene standards are kept up. The attendants are understanding and eager to help. The location is right at the center of the world, next to Broadway and the city's sights, with lots of eateries and street food around. My one suggestion is resident parking. Some people would be happy to pay extra for it.

I leased an apartment here and it was amazing. Living in the heart of times square meant everything was close by. The building has a gym and laundry room, and the lobby is always clean. They vacuum the floors and have a trash chute on every floor. It felt like living in a hotel, and the doormen and front desk staff were always pleasant.

For the price, the location is absolutely amazing. The apartment was fully furnished and had a kitchen.
