Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Midtown East

My Mom came to visit my honey and me in NYC and booked a room at the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was a wonderful, spacious place for her to stay, and Room 1704 exceeded our expectations. Claudia, the Guest Services Manager, led the team who put her there and worked hard to make her visit as good as possible. We’re very grateful. The complimentary breakfast, laundry room, 24/7 workout space, and fruit-infused water in the lobby all helped make Mom’s stay extra special. They also offer grocery pickup for guests, an option we didn’t use but were glad to have. It was a world-class experience, and we highly recommend it. Thanks so much to everyone.

The room was spacious and stylish, with a useful kitchenette, bathtub, and clean linens. On arrival, I liked the hotel’s modern, elegant look, and the front desk staff were warm and friendly. We had trouble accessing streaming services on the TV. The technician couldn’t fix it, so we were invited to switch rooms, which we did. The second room had the same amenities except for a bathtub. Streaming worked there, but the remote didn’t cooperate. We decided to make do and enjoy the other amenities. It was a great experience overall, and I’d stay again and recommend it to others. 9.5 out of 10.

Maggie and the sales team really came through when they arranged rooms for our large group. Carlos at continental breakfast was so welcoming, and the housekeeping team was helpful too. The front desk was polite and quick. Everyone made our stay feel special. Thanks for everything, my family will definitely be back!
