Quality Inn Coliseum

The front desk staff are friendly, but I couldn’t watch football because the TV kept turning off after 15 minutes, then coming back after 10. I asked neighbors and it happens in every room. After I’d been there two days, a manager insisted on coming into my room and didn’t want housekeeping to do it, supposedly to check that there were no drugs. I just wanted to be left alone, to have some “me time”.

The front desk is awesome, always polite and respectful, and they get things done quickly and correctly. My room was clean and spacious, and the area is great, with all the stores nearby. This is the best Quality Inn I’ve stayed at by far, and it deserves more credit.

The daytime employees were pleasant and helpful, but the night crew was rude and wouldn’t assist me. Even though I’d booked a reservation, they denied me service, and I never got my money back.

The place was very clean, and for the price I’d recommend it. We were happy with our stay and would return if we needed a good deal. Staff were incredible, greeting us whenever we came into the lobby and seeming truly glad to see us. The location suited us perfectly, with an outlet mall next door and lots of food choices, from fast food to sit-down restaurants. The building is older and needs attention: there was a gap under the door, a small hole in the wall behind the bed, and a weathered look along the baseboards. The fridge was missing a foot and wobbled, while the crooked door lock was sometimes hard to turn. Still, the friendly staff and location made it a great fit for us.
