Embassy Suites Orlando Downtown

Our suite was a standard Embassy Suites room, but several other parts of our stay felt a step above the usual. The staff made a real effort to elevate the hotel. Breakfast had lots of good choices, and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. We only tried the complimentary happy hour once, but it was better than expected, with a couple of free drinks and snacks. The pool area was nicely maintained, and parking across the street was convenient and reasonably priced. Altogether, the stay felt a bit elevated.

I stayed to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and I'm glad we chose this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, and the location is great. Everyone we encountered was amazing, from the front desk ladies and security to the cooks and housekeepers.

The free breakfast was a big part of the appeal. It's all-you-can-eat, and there's also a good free drink at the evening mingle. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, and the pool area looked awesome, though it was too cold for me to try it. I had a great time and would stay here anytime.

Geo was super helpful and professional when I asked about blocking rooms for an event. The service overall was excellent, with friendly, attentive staff who were always willing to help. My room was spotless and well maintained, and the hotel as a whole was impressively clean. Everything felt comfortable and well organized, which made for a relaxing stay. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
