We moved out about a month ago, and I’m still upset about how the maintenance worker spoke to me. He made comments about my body and intimate clothing that were completely inappropriate, whether I was alone or with my boyfriend. I reported it to the office, but nobody followed up or apologized. It left me uneasy walking around by myself. There were other problems throughout our year there too: the washing machine never worked, even after they replaced it with one taken from another unit, and fire alarms kept going off. Management changed three times in our first five months. They also said after-hours maintenance requests would cost $50, so you had to submit them between 8 and 5. We paid a $1,400 deposit and got only $300 back. We left the place clean, with no holes in the walls, except we didn't clean the stove and fridge. I don't understand how the other $1,100 went to damages. They emailed that you could report someone who didn't pick up after their dog, get $30 taken off your rent, and have $30 charged to the person. Who's going to go to all that trouble? If you have other options, take this one off your list. 0/10.

The apartment costs $1,240 plus utilities and comes with a parking space. On my first call, they were polite, answered my questions, and gave me lots of information. I'm looking forward to seeing whether this could be home.

The management company was kind and helpful, and we got nearly all of our security deposit back after living here for six months without any problems. The apartment is lovely and well located, with a huge dog park. There’s also an outdoor fireplace area that was a lot of fun for warm evenings with friends.

I've been trying to reach management for a few weeks because I was hoping to move in by the start of next month. The website is down, and when I went there in person, I was told there isn't a leasing office. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? Thanks.

They take ages to reply and never answer the phone. I paid three application fees because the website said apartments were available now. After I paid and spoke with them, I was told those units weren't available. I asked if anything else was open, then got ignored. I’ve heard awful things about this place too. Don't waste your time, there are much better options.
