The Louisa

I've been here four months, and I've loved every minute. The people who work here are super friendly, and the overnight security staff are friendly too. The location is great, right by Whole Foods. The parking garage isn't part of the apartments, but there's a discount, and it connects to the building with EV charging. The apartment has recently had a lot of improvements, including a new gym. The work was noisy, but totally worth it. Noise levels are back to normal now, and you can't hear through the walls at all. Sometimes I wonder if I really live with other people here, though I do. Small maintenance jobs like changing light bulbs got done much faster than I expected. I can't say enough good things about the Lousia. I've really enjoyed living here so far.

Being able to feel safe, peaceful, and at home matters so much. The luxury and security of living at The Louisa have helped me find moments of joy through these strange, uncertain times. I unexpectedly uprooted my life a few months ago to move to a new state, and it turned out to be completely worth it. Thanks to Team Louisa for welcoming me and my furball, Chips.

I really appreciate all that Magola does for the community. She’s warm and professional, and it’s clear she cares about helping residents. She’s always kind and easy to approach, too.
