We stay in hotels around 30 nights a year for my two kids' sports, and this one's going on my favorites list. It was clean, modern, and really spacious, and breakfast was better than average for a hotel. I'll definitely come back.

During a stressful few days after major flooding at home, this hotel gave us and our two dogs a comfortable place to stay at the last minute. The facility was clean and well cared for, and breakfast was easy to grab on the way out. My daughter especially loved making pumpkin waffles in the morning, and she had a great time in the pool, saying it felt like a mini vacation. Having a welcoming place that made things feel somewhat normal was such a blessing. Thank you.

We rented the room from Christmas Eve into Christmas Day and paid extra for late checkout, which they did accommodate. The receptionist was polite when I checked in and explained the accommodations. At first the room looked nice, but I noticed several things: something had spilled on the TV and run down the screen, dried food was stuck to the front of the stainless steel dishwasher, and the floor lamp wobbled so badly it leaned against the mini couch. Coffee and hot chocolate were supposed to be available, but at about 1:00 in the morning there was no hot water. I told the woman at the desk, whose name I don't know. She said okay and did nothing, so I had to throw away my cup of hot chocolate with no water in it. I was also told the pool was out of order. My key kept getting me stuck in the elevator. I didn't know you needed a key to operate it, and no one had mentioned that. With bags in my hands, I had to put them all down and hold the card to the reader to select the third floor. It kept showing an error, though I eventually got it to work.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and I don't usually eat breakfast. There was plenty, including proteins, breads, waffles, milk, fruit, oatmeal, and more. I was impressed to get such a beautiful luxury hotel for about half what I'd expect to pay. Check-in from my online booking was quick and easy, and there's lots of accessible parking right out front. The room had dishes, a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a microwave. The beds were the most comfortable, even the sofa bed, where my disabled son slept just fine. I'm glad every room has one because it's easier for me to get him settled there. The updated hotel was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff, food and drinks for purchase in the lobby, coffee around the clock, an indoor pool, fitness amenities, and outdoor fire pits they light on request. I only needed one night while in town helping my daughter move, which is a shame. This brand will be my go-to now.
