Econo Lodge Richmond North

The hotel is always clean, the sheets are fresh, and it feels safe and comfortable. The owner is really nice. Twice I've stayed without a phone charger, and he let me use one of his. This is the only hotel I choose.

I keep forgetting my charger, and the owner always lets me use his. He's kind and nice, the rooms are always clean with fresh linen, and I love the service. This is the only hotel I choose.

Finding a clean, safe room at a budget price can be hard, but this place delivered. Check-in service was outstanding, the room was super clean, and the shower was great and hot. The staff were accommodating with my requests. I highly recommend it.

For a quick, budget stay, this was a great choice. I spent several nights upstairs in room 205, and the room was decent and clean. The outside wasn't excessively noisy, and I didn't see any major pests, just one small ant. They're everywhere and get into anything. The motel is across from a Waffle House and shares a parking lot with a shopping center with more restaurants, a smoke store, a beauty supply store, and Food Lion, so it's easy to check in and quickly pick up what you need. If money is tight and I need a room again, there's a good chance I'll book here. I did have one concern: the towels and washcloths smelled properly washed, but washing can't get rid of old stains. One washcloth was so stained it turned brown when wet, and I was too cautious to use it on my face. I hope the manager replaces the badly stained towels and washcloths with new ones. Otherwise, I had a great stay.
