Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston Richmond

The rooms were kept clean during my nearly two-week stay, and service was prompt. Housekeeping works hard and gets the rooms cleaned on time. Neal at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, which made the stay much more pleasant. I’d recommend this hotel for its caring, hardworking staff.

Love this hotel, everything’s nice. Breakfast is great, and they serve BACON and sausage 🥰. My only little wish is that they’d shake the orange juice before serving it, since it isn’t sweet. And it’d be nice to have fruit cream cheese as well as plain for the delicious bagels. Other than that, it’s prefect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy since I’d already done it in the app hours earlier. I arrived at 3 am after a delayed flight. The hostess, a Hispanic woman, wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. The breakfast room was small, but there was a good selection to start the day. The paint in the shower was peeling.

We were passing through at night and needed a room quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice with a SO comfortable bed. Breakfast had a big variety, which you don’t often see, though I wasn’t keen on the eggs. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.
