I left feeling relaxed, with my hair looking great, and couldn't be happier with the service. Carly was really friendly when she curled my hair for a party, and Kira at The Spa was professional, explained everything, and did a great job with my massage. My husband and I also had a delicious dinner at Ruthie's, where the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything about the stay was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Don't book here. Ruthie's was really enjoyable, and I'd go back if that were the only reason to come. The room's shade was either full blackout or wide open, with nothing in between, and the makeup light was out. Service in the bars was awful: no table service, no clearing tables, no eye contact, even though wait staff kept circling inside the bar. Such a letdown. KALONA has a nicer place for less than half the price, plus homemade breakfast. I should've just taken a taxi instead.

The staff were nice, but the casino is tiny and smoky wherever you play. The machines are dated, and there isn't much variety. If you're after old games with terrible payouts, you might like it. For fun new games, go somewhere else.

The place had a fun, laid-back feel, with plenty to do, from good food to live music. I especially enjoyed the spa and the buffet. If you book a service at the spa, bring a bathing suit and get there around 30 minutes early so you have time to enjoy everything. It was 100% worth it. Great for a weekend where you can unwind and still stay busy. I'll be back!

The driver came at my wife and me in the valet van, flooring it toward us and revving up to the redline, just to tell us our car was in valet parking and needed to be moved. This happened around 5:55pm on Saturday, Feburary 28th, as we were heading into the Casino for dinner at Ruthie's. I had parked in the wrong spot, and being asked to move was fine. The way the driver accelerated at us was not. I should have asked for the valet manager right then, but this review will have to do. Be careful around the parking lot and when entering the casino. The valet staff seem to have no problem threatening guests with their vans.
