Jeff made check-in the best part of the stay. He's a delight and a great hire. The room, though, was disgusting and disturbing. There were roaches, uninvited guests who weren't paying. The king mattress sat on a wooden queen box spring, with a metal king frame on top. The jacuzzi tub was a jaw-dropping horror show, and I paid for it without using it. There were no working smoke detectors. I wish I could get my money back and leave.

It's quiet here, and Mrs.Patel and her staff made us feel at home in a way nobody had before. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, and they do what they can to make sure guests feel safe and happy, which is a lot nowadays. I love staying here and we'll definitely return. Thanks for a great experience!

Since moving here on Sept 2 2022, my family of four has felt safe. You don't see people loitering around, and our rooms have been fairly spacious, clean, and free of bugs and roaches, which matters to me and my kids. Mrs. Patel and everyone on the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance have been kind, helpful, and understanding. The complimentary breakfast is a nice extra, since not many hotels offer it now. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place with great staff, come check it out. I don't think you'll regret it. Thank you, Mrs. Patel and the whole team, for looking after us and helping us feel at home while we find a place of our own.

The room didn't match what was advertised. We expected an efficiency with a full kitchen, but there was no stove. They offered a single-burner portable one instead. There also wasn't any hot water for a shower.
