The desk clerk was a nice man, but the room itself was awful and filthy. The towels and washcloths were threadbare or torn, and the shower was gross, with a big gray stain, a rusty showerhead, and a rusty, dirty drain. The bed looked like it had only been remade, badly, rather than cleaned: the fitted sheet wasn’t even down over the mattress, and there were food crumbs on the pillows. The rest of the room was just as bad. The air smelled strongly of smoke and something else. There was dirt all over the floor, a dried sticky mess on the TV stand, and a large reddish-brown stain on the lamp cover. The doors were shredded with chunks missing, the closet poles were bent, and the gaps between the floor tiles were dirty. It had us crawling out of our skin, but it was too late to find another hotel. We slept in our street clothes on top of the covers and skipped showers. The discount wasn’t worth feeling unsafe and unclean. We took some photos, but gave up when it felt like we’d have to document every dirty or unfit inch.

The staff were nice, but every room smelled of both kinds of smoke, and I don’t use either. It made for an uncomfortable stay.

This was the worst Wyndham motel I’ve been exposed to since 2018 in Georgia. The building stank of smoke, dope, and ky jelly, and the room was nasty. There was hair in the tub, its basin was disgusting, and the curtain rod was loose and coming apart. The box spring was stained and exposed, and the floor was so gross I was afraid to walk on it.

I’ve stayed here before, but after this visit they’ve lost my business. The room wasn’t worth $75 a night. It didn’t look cleaned, apart from what seemed to be fresh sheets. The shower was nasty, the headboard hadn’t been wiped, and the toilet seat had a burn mark they could have replaced for $10-$15. There was no refrigerator, and the toilet leaked from its base after use.

For the price, the staff and cleanliness were the best I’ve found aside from the mansion rooms by Nash general, which have crazy rates. The place was clean, with no bugs or roaches, and the staff were helpful. They first helped me book a room online, then when the toilet had a little leak and wouldn’t stop running, they switched me to another room without hesitation or any hassle.
