Comfort Suites

The room matched the online photos and was very clean. Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple but good, the shower had great pressure, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel sits right next to I-85, so we heard a little highway noise. I'm a light sleeper but use earplugs anyway, so it was fine.

The rooms were clean and we were comfortable, though there could be more lighting outside. We arrived overnight after traveling from Louisiana and Diane greeted us. She was professional, kind, and just wonderful. Overall, a great stay. Thank you, Diane!

The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was decent. The morning guest services person was much friendlier. At the desk, though, I felt unwelcome right away, like the woman shouldn't be dealing with the public. And the interstate traffic was so loud it made sleep impossible.

I'd ask for a room on the quiet side, away from the highway. There was a lot of racing on the interstate. My room was clean and nicely kept, and I found no bed bugs, which is a deal breaker for me. I'm sensitive to smells, and it had a musty odor at first, though air freshener cleared it up. It might have been from the previous night's guests or the wet towels they'd just removed, I can't say. The front desk staff were friendly enough, though I think the clerk was on a personal cell call when I arrived. It was affordable, and I'd stay again. I do think hotel bathrooms should always have one backup roll of TP, and this one didn't.
