The hotel has a nice, spacious room and a convenient location near lots of restaurants. But the night front desk employee treated us like a nuisance instead of paying guests. He was so rude that it felt disrespectful, and we didn’t feel welcome. It made the stay really uncomfortable. I’d wanted to stay here for a while, but I don’t want to go back and be treated like a bother again.

The room was comfortable, though you could hear people walking heavily upstairs and the TV in the next room through the thin floors and walls. Breakfast cost $12.95, and it looked like the usual hotel buffet items that used to come with a stay.

The room was spotless and roomy, and they even upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. I only stayed one night, and the location worked really well for what I needed. The shower had strong pressure, but never got as hot as I like. I also couldn't connect my Firestick to the TV over the Wi-Fi.

The front desk was unattended when we arrived, and nobody explained the wait. When a staff member finally appeared, he came across as tense and unwelcoming. Each time we went to the desk, he seemed irritated and confrontational, and our concerns escalated instead of being handled professionally. He even mentioned calling the police, which was shocking when we were just paying guests asking for basic service. His name was Steve, and his manager never seemed to know what was going on. Management should look at how guests are treated. Professionalism and respect are part of hospitality, and we didn't get that here. I wouldn't recommend staying at this property.

Fabi made check-in easy and took her time to greet us. She was so kind, and Steven, who was working the evening shift, was just as kind. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower pressure was great. We don't usually choose Holiday Inn hotels, but I'm glad we did. Definitely a 10 for us, and we'll be back.
