The property is beautiful, and it’s within walking distance of great neighborhoods and lots of places to eat. The rooms were nicely decorated in this beautiful converted building. We were the only guests, so nobody greeted us at check-in, but we got the entrance code and our room key. There were a few things to work around: the lobby water dispenser didn’t work, and there was no way to get or make ice. The bathroom sink had no hot water, though the shower was nice and hot. The jacuzzi tub seemed a little dated, and there weren’t many outlets. I’d come back, but I’d be better prepared next time.

I stumbled on this place and liked it enough that I’d stay again. It’s in a very walkable part of town, and I love how pet friendly it is. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the internet was better than at other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. There’s also a parking lot, which is handy in such a popular area.

We were here for a graduation party. Really nice location, grounds, and atmosphere, even on a very busy street!

This place is beautiful, and each bedroom has its own style, so you can choose what suits you. Even with the building’s historic character, it has modern heating and cooling, plenty of outlets and lights, and fast, reliable fiber internet. You’re in the heart of southtown, with some of the best bars and restaurants just a two-minute walk away. That location does mean weekends can get a little rowdy. The place across the street plays loud music. I noticed it in the front parlor, but couldn’t hear it from my bedroom at the back. I think the noise has to stop at 10 pm.

Patrick is a jewel, and the grounds are lovely. Our room was large and comfortable, the bed was great, and it was so quiet. We could walk to plenty of good food, including a great breakfast at the Mad Hatter and happy hour at Liberty Bar, which you shouldn’t miss. What a lovely treasure. This place is head and shoulders above those downtown cracker boxes. We’ll be back as often as we can.
