The staff were extremely friendly, and the place was clean, updated, and well put together. It's also about as cheap as you can get in San Fran with your own bathroom. But I only stayed one night of the three I'd booked. The place was loud: street noise, neighbors talking or watching TV, doors opening, toilets flushing. I like hard floors, but carpet is badly needed to dampen sound. There was no heat, the blankets were thin, and I was cold. There was also an odd smell. I had a hard time sleeping, so I ate the cost of this nonrefundable booking and got another hotel. Parking is limited to 12 hours, which means getting up to restart it when time runs out, even at 5am.

It's about a 10-minute walk to Union Sq, and we spent 4 nights here. The room was small but really clean. Staff were friendly and brought things we asked for, like extra pillows or blankets. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, mostly at night, but we never felt in danger. If you're out in the city most of the day and just need somewhere to shower and sleep, it's a perfect option.

The place was nice and clean, and the price felt worthwhile for this area if all you need is somewhere to rest and leave your luggage. The rooms are small, but that worked for me. The receptionist kindly let me in after midnight when my flight was delayed, and checking in and out was easy.

The room was nice and functional, if a little small, and the location was great, with all the attractions close enough to walk to. The host was very nice to us. Things seemed perfect until we found bedbugs in the room. They were in the bathroom and bed, and got into our luggage. It was a bad experience, and I think the hotel needs to do something about the bugs. The room wasn't really clean. I give it 2/5 because of the bedbugs.

The professional front desk staff were attentive, and the room was clean. It's very close to Moscone center, which worked well for attending a conference. The room was as described, though it looked bigger in the pictures.
