The location was perfect, in a calm, safe-feeling Lombard neighborhood close to Fisherman’s Wharf. I stayed one night with my friend and her mom, and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, parking was included, and the staff were very kind. My checkout was at 11 AM, but they let me leave the car parked until 4 PM, which was really convenient. I highly recommend it.

Free parking is a major plus in SF, though the spaces are a bit tight. Since we’d prepaid the whole stay, there was no extra holding deposit at check-in. The hotel is basic, but it’s comfortable for crashing after a full day of sightseeing. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the area felt safe with a great spot right in the city. As anywhere in town, be careful not to leave valuables in your car. A good budget-friendly choice.

I’m really happy with this place. The small room was just right, and it’s in a good spot, about a 20-minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were super nice, parking was included, and the price was really good for the area.

I ended up here at the last minute after checking out a few other places. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, and everyone else was helpful too. My room was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

The cleaning lady seemed very nice, and running into someone with good energy when you’re stressed can be calming. A bad attitude has the opposite effect. I also liked being just a block from a convenience store, and the parking was good. The room was free of bed bugs, and they provide free coffee, shampoo, and a body wash with a very nice smell. I’m giving three stars because the online price showed $135 with taxes, but the man ran my card for almost $160 and never gave me a receipt. Be aware of that.
