We only stayed one night. I’d read a lot of reviews mentioning roaches, but we didn’t see any in either of the two rooms we booked, or any other bugs. The room could’ve been cleaner, though it was still better than sleeping in the car. Parking was free and well lit, and despite having a lot of things in our cars, everything was fine during the eight hours we were there.

The customer service here was awful, and I’ve already reported it to a supervisor. Marisa left me on hold for a long time without explaining why, and wasn’t professional or helpful. Then Ava picked up, giggled, and hung up on me. The front desk also refused to page a guest room when I asked, even though the signal out there is terrible. What hotel can’t page a room? This place needs an upgrade and doesn’t deserve a three star rating. I’d never recommend it. They hire childish kids to work here.

The breakfast crew put in so much effort, and the service across shifts made us feel like a priority. I’ve never had such a wonderful complimentary breakfast. From the friendly front desk to the clean room, everyone showed real hospitality. We had a perfect stay and no complaints. The only thing I’d suggest is adding some seats outside the front entrance for people waiting for rides. I’m so glad we stayed here.
