Ramada Suites Seatac Airport

We found both staff members we dealt with attentive and helpful, and we appreciated the hospitality. The airport is close enough to walk to, about 15-20 minutes, so there’s no need for a taxi. Rooms are reasonably priced and maintained; you can see some normal wear from a hotel that’s been around for years. There aren’t complimentary items or extra food, as the room description explains. You’ll need to go out to eat or try the small Thai restaurant across the lobby.

The room was clean and decent for the low price, and getting a room was easy. The front desk staff were nice. Parking includes a back lot, but guests have to walk around to the front because the back door is locked and needs a key card. There’s no parking close to the lobby entrance, and the two spots there seemed to be taken by company vehicles. There was a lot of foot traffic, and I saw a few people who seemed to be doing or dealing drugs.

The room was roomy and had a coffee maker, and the bathroom was large with a bathtub. The hotel is clearly old, but the rooms are good. It’s two minutes from the airport, and there’s an airport shuttle.

The airport location is handy, but the stay left me disappointed and I probably wouldn’t return. The service and room quality felt inconsistent, and I never got my deposit back, which was frustrating. At check-in, one front desk employee seemed rude and unwelcoming, so that was a rough first impression. My first room also had a bathroom sink that was blocked and wouldn’t drain properly. To their credit, staff eventually moved me to another room, and that one was more usable.
