Seatac Inn

The room was clean and felt safe, though it was older and due for an update. What stood out was the service. The shuttle picked us up directly at the airport and was available whenever we needed it, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. It's not a high end place, but it worked really well for one night, and I'd gladly stay again.

We stayed two nights, one before flying out and another after we got back, and both visits were a great stay. The rooms were kept very clean, and I didn't encounter any bedbugs, despite seeing other comments about them. The managers and staff were friendly and accommodating. It's the cheapest hotel right across from the airport, with a shuttle running back and forth, though walking is easy too. Pleasantly surprised, so don't judge it by the outside.

For my business trip, this hotel suited me fine. It's conveniently located and the quality seemed good for its category, which is about what I expected. The WiFi in my room was the one real drawback: weak signal and very slow. One person at the front desk knew the hotel's operations well and handled the job, but could have shown a little more warmth with a smile now and then. That's why I stopped at four stars.

Denny's nearby was the only good thing I found. The motel felt old and unpleasantly smelly, and I didn't feel comfortable lying on the sheets. We had to order an Uber because the airport ride depended on whether they had enough staff available. For what this costs, you could get a better known hotel with dependable airport transportation. Don't pay the same price for this dump as you would for a name brand place.
