There were stains all over the walls, and the room was really nasty. I didn't see bugs, though maybe termites. The front desk person told me there was no shuttle, so I had to Uber from the airport. I booked through a third party, and they said they had no room and didn't want to check me in. After I argued with the guy at the counter, he eventually gave me a room. Poor value and location. This should be your last hotel choice.

I stayed here and parked for 11 days while flying out of SeaTac. The room was huge and clean, with the amenities you'd expect from a big chain, and the coffee was great. The shuttle dropped me off and picked me up promptly. Long-term parking quotes I'd received elsewhere were about $20 more than the cost of staying here and leaving my car, so it worked out well. I'll be back in six weeks and gladly recommend it for a clean room, secure long-term parking, and good service.

Absolutely disgusting rooms, and they stink. In my 45 years, this is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The staff were super unhelpful. The rooms were so nasty, it was like they hadn't been cleaned in years, no exaggeration.

It's an older place, but the linens and bathroom were clean, and I slept well. The room had a flat-screen TV and a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle drivers were polite and prompt. I could leave my car in their lot during my trip without extra fees, and didn't have to return alone to a dark lot after hours. No frills, but it had what I needed at a decent price.

The room was basic for something called a suite, and there was no elevator. The so-called airport parking was ridiculously expensive at $20 a night. Worse, the toilet seat was sticky and coated in who knows what, there were lots of crumbs and hair between the sheets, the comforter was stained, and the spare blanket had burn holes. I covered the bed and pillow with towels, put on my hoodie, and slept on top of them. I barely slept, worried I was in a bed full of bugs. I would've asked to change rooms, but I was exhausted, it was late, and my flight was very early. There were a few positives: check-in was easy, the front desk person was nice, the airport is close, and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this needed saying.
