Days Inn by Wyndham Seattle North of Downtown

The way the front desk employee treated me made the whole visit uncomfortable. He was rude and dismissive every time we interacted, and refused several times to give his name when I asked. It was hard to raise concerns when he wouldn't identify himself, and he acted like helping guests was a bother. That left me feeling unwelcome, frustrated, and undervalued from the moment I arrived. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected, but this location fell short. I'm pretty sure he was the only man working the front desk. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses his behavior. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

We've stayed two nights of our three-night visit so far. I was a little concerned after reading comments about the area being unsafe, but we haven't run into anything worrying. The front office and housekeeping staff have been friendly and helpful. At first the rule against checking in before 3:00 PM confused me, but I understand it now.

You get what you pay for. The woman was polite and really attentive, and helped me with everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty, warm, and clean. It isn't a five-star place, but it was nice, and there's a Taco Bell right next door.

The rooms were noisy, and our family ended up split between two buildings. With the neighborhood feeling unsafe and people around making us uncomfortable, I was stressed the whole time. The elevators were out for our entire stay, which was especially hard with a senior in our group. Staff tried to help, but there wasn't much they could do. I also asked for fresh towels and never got them. Breakfast was basically snacks. The hotel was poor overall, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options.
