Sea Treasures Inn

As a fisherman, I really appreciated the small but complete refrigerator, including a freezer. It was like a smaller version of a real fridge, not the usual hotel kind. Rissie took such good care of me and my friends, and the rooms were clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds. This is the only place I'll stay when I plan to fish in Seward Alaska.

There’s plenty to do in this little town, and the property worked perfectly for my 3 day-stay in Seward. The balcony faces north, so I could watch the northern lights without any effort while having a glass of wine.

The bed was the one real problem. It was so high that even adults had trouble climbing onto it, and I later saw other reviews describing the same complaint over the last 6 year. On the plus side, the Inn is very close to the water and the park, which was good for our family with kids. Upstairs there’s a kitchen with what you need to make breakfast, including bread and eggs.

Seward is only 2 miles long and easy to get around on foot. Sea Treasures Inn is close to the waterfront park, plus several good restaurants and coffee shops. We had a couple of really comfortable nights here and would highly recommend it.
