For a quick night while driving through, the Super 8 in Sheridan Wyoming is fine. If you’re staying longer, you might want to upgrade. It’s an old hotel, but okay for the price. The sheets were perfectly fine, though the carpet, bedspreads, and common areas could be cleaner. The sink even has a built in bottle opener, and honestly, the toilet paper is better than some I’ve had in much nicer hotels. Our A/C was blasting cold, which was great in mid July. Breakfast is lacking, but that doesn’t bother me much since a lot of hotels still don’t offer any after covid. You get what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less.

We were just passing through on a road trip and stayed one night with our pet. The room was fairly clean, though it had a bit of a musty smell. Breakfast is available, including a pancake machine. It wasn’t bad for a stop along the way. Make sure you eat dinner early, since everything seemed to close early. We were there on a holiday, so that may have been why.

A decent place to stay overall. The staff were polite and courteous, and even let us check in early. The lady had done a good job cleaning the room before we arrived. The building itself is old and needs upgrading, some fixing up, and patchwork.

It’s called Wyo Inn now, no longer Super 8. The evening staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Communication with the morning gentleman was harder because he didn’t speak English as a native language. The room was small and old but okay, with a fridge, TV, and tiny microwave. It could definitely use updating. The small breakfast area was adequate, and the coffee was good. Getting luggage in and out is difficult, with small steps at the entrance, a regular door, and no automatic opener. Overall, just adequate and a great price for a quick stop while traveling. If you’re fussy, ask to see a room before you commit.

We were driving through late at night and needed a place to sleep. The family who owns and runs the hotel were kind and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and looked recently updated. They made my family and me feel at home, far from home. They gave us a warm place in the middle of a cold blizzard.
