The room itself was adequate, and the stay might have been fine if the booking had been handled properly. We booked at 7:30 pm and went to dinner, then 40-50 minutes later I got an email telling me to call a number or they would cancel. Payment was meant to be collected at the property, but the man I spoke with was rude and yelled, “no charge, no room,” instead of explaining that. The email did mention it. I’ve never had this kind of trouble booking with Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, Accor, or Bonvoy. Absolutely appalling.

I called to reserve two nights even though some of the reviews worried us. The woman said someone would call back within 15 minutes to confirm, but nobody ever did. Maybe we were lucky we didn't end up staying there.

Very rude. They hung up on me without saying a word.

The owner or manager on site was really nice, and the rooms were nice too for a good price. There are different places to eat and stores just up the road.

The hotel had a calm, relaxed feel, and I loved the unusual room decor. It was lovely staying here.
