Super 8 by Wyndham Vandalia/Dayton International Airport

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, even with my bad back. I slept better than I have in a while, and my request for a ground-floor room was accommodated. The woman working the second shift was great at check-in. It’s an older motel with some updates. A few carpet squares are lifting and could trip someone, the neighbors were a bit loud in the morning, and the room smelled musty, maybe from being closed up. Otherwise, it suited my needs well, and I’d stay again.

For this price, I think it’s about as good as you’ll find. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had no bugs or grossness. The workers were so sweet and kind. Since I had my kid with me, one of them gave us a better room in a quieter spot, which I really appreciated. The TV was nice, and even though it’s next to the highway, the walls are thick. We were at the back and didn’t hear any noise at all. I’m so happy we stayed here. Highly recommend.

We’d definitely stay at this Super 8 again. It’s newly renovated, with very clean rooms and a small breakfast. The employees were helpful, and the manager went out of their way to arrange the airport shuttle for us. It cost extra, but was cheaper than Uber and the other apps. I’d recommend it if you need a clean place for the night.

It’s a budget hotel, but the customer service was great. Amy, I think that was her name, really goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. I appreciated that. You’re awesome!
