I had a great time at motel 6. The room was extremely clean, and the front desk lady was very nice and professional. Jennette was awesome. Thanks for everything.

The neighbors were so loud I couldn’t work, and there was drug use. The rooms are run down, with wrinkled sheets and hair on the beds. The Wi-Fi and water pressure were both basically nonexistent. I tried to check out early and switch hotels, but the front desk woman told me to call booking, where I’d made the reservation. Their rep called twice while I waited outside. I went in to see if she’d answer, and she first said it hadn’t rung, then said it rang twice but nobody was on the other end, even though I was on the phone with the rep. Keep clear, you’ve been warned.

This is a motel 6, not studio 6, so read the motel 6 reviews before booking. My wife, son, and I reserved a room on Wednesday for Saturday and arrived early, at 1:30pm. It wasn’t ready until 5pm. We were angry and tired, so we moved our things in and told the housekeeper we’d clean the rest ourselves. She got rude and angry and rejected our help, while she went to clean other rooms and ours sat for hours. Even when she finished, it was still filthy. People with dogs were leaving poop in the grass, there were bugs all night, and we didn’t sleep. The door had a huge gap that let in cigarette smoke, the place smelled like weed, and loud music carried through the rooms. I’m 5'4 and my head nearly touched the top of the shower. We checked out the next day and asked for a refund. The front desk woman said we should be charged for two days because of the time, 1pm, even though we couldn’t get into our room for hours the day before. This place isn’t just bad, it’s Hell.

I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and decent, and Jeanette at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The customer service was on point and the location was great. I’ll definitely come back.
