Zero stars. The halls use exposed treated wood, and the whole property smells like Home Depot. The shower has no door, and its fixed-angle showerhead sends water spilling out whenever you shower. I kept smelling cigarette smoke during my stay. They said smoking is allowed on the patio as long as it's not in the room.

The resort layout is badly planned. You basically need to drive to reach the pool or hospitality areas. The rooms are nicely decorated, but the kitchen is poorly designed, so you can't use the seating and appliances at the same time.

I always like the rooms here. They're nicely furnished, have what you need, and the location is great, especially for seeing the Busch Gardens fireworks. The outdoor pool is great when it's open. But check-in has turned into harassment, with relentless pressure to attend an "owner review." I'd much rather stay at Bluegreens Patrick Henry Square, which is more professional.

The room looked nice, but it was dirty and the stay was very unpleasant. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, frankly disgusting. We called to complain and were told someone would come clean it, but nobody did during our three-day stay. The main room had dust on the furniture and baseboards, and the shower was dirty too. There were lots of other questionable details. It really seemed as if nobody from housekeeping had cleaned that room for months. I hope this helps someone know what to expect if they visit. 👎🏻
