Jafflong Inn

I was disappointed by the electricity voltage in Jaflong. There’s a voltage problem across the area, so hotels don’t have stabilizers. AC doesn’t work in the hotels except at night, and the fans are very slow. The room itself was good, and the staff were very nice.

A quiet, peaceful place with all kinds of benefits available. There are several rooms that can hold up to 37 people, and accommodating that many people shouldn’t be a problem. It isn’t only for boys either, there are also places for girls to stay nearby.

The room was cozy, though a little smaller than I’d like. The manager came across as rude when speaking, and room service and the general service were very poor. They also didn’t stick to what the brochure promised, such as complimentary breakfast.

I’m fed up with the service. Even while I’m still here, we haven’t been given proper room cleaning, furniture, or bathroom water. I had to wait 30 minutes in the bathroom for water. The room quality doesn’t match the price, it’s small and expensive, and there’s no AC or TV. They also don’t provide the necessary generator service.
