A friend who lives in Geneva suggested this hotel, and I'm really glad I chose it. It's within walking distance of the main train station, which made things convenient. Everyone on staff was kind, friendly, and ready to help. My room was comfortable and well kept, and I especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary snack. Thanks for making my stay so lovely and memorable. I'd happily recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely stay and would come back on our next holiday in Geneva. Johanna at reception made us feel especially welcome. She shared ideas for food and things to see and do, and made sure we felt comfortable using public transport with our passes. The staff were helpful with everything. The room and bathroom were just right for us, clean and comfortable. Getting there from the airport was easy, and the nearby train and tram station was convenient. The taxi boats across the river were close by too. Thanks to everyone!

After a very early flight, I arrived exhausted, and the warm welcome at reception immediately made me feel better. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh, with everything I needed. It's also very handy for the train station and just a short walk from the lake.

We were in town for work, but returning to Hotel D Geneva each evening felt like coming home. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and really comfortable, and breakfast had just the things I wanted in the right amount. The staff were charming and so helpful, with a real sense that nothing was too much trouble. What a treat. I'd highly recommend this little gem.

The room was clean, tidy, well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out, with good attention to detail. It was very comfortable, and the soundproofing kept things quiet. Front desk staff were polite, professional, considerate, and multilingual, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with restaurants across different price ranges nearby. Buses and trams from around the station can take you all over the city. The day before check-in, the hotel emails a link to apply for a free city pass for public transport, which was incredibly convenient. Great value, location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommend.
