The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of four, with a priceless direct view of the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our weekend stay to the max. We were in Lausanne to meet friends and see the city, and the hotel's unique location made it easy: the harbour is right in front, with children's playgrounds, a Sunday veggie market, and the beach, metro station, and restaurants all close by. The price felt fully justified.

Service was very good, and the price felt adequate. Rooms are clean and sufficient, though not luxurious, and some have a lake view. There isn't parking close by; you need to use an official underground car park with service, which costs about 15 Euros per day extra. It's convenient if you don't have much luggage.

A gorgeous, peaceful place full of love and acceptance. It was perfect for reconnecting with myself and my hubby and feeling rejuvenated. The hotel gave us a free card for all the transport, and it's very close to all the transport services. Food at all the local restaurants was divine. We'll be back!!!

It's a great option if your budget is low and you want to stay in Ouchy. The location is very good, right by the lake and metro, and the staff are very nice. The outside is pleasant, but can be noisy in summer, so relaxing is hard. Rooms are quite old, and the lobby and halls are very small. There's no AC.

The room was small but super clean, and just right for a three-day stay. The location is perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For a relatively cheap choice, it was very good. I'd recommend it if you don't want to pay the high Swiss hotel prices.
