I’ve stayed with EMA House on Florastrasse in Seefeld/Zurich several times, and the properties have consistently been clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. They’re good value for the price, which I always appreciate. The service is very professional, and someone is always available if you need anything during your stay. I’d highly recommend EMA House for business or personal trips to Zurich.
We stayed in the penthouse apartment with my husband and our two teenagers during the second week of December. Having two separate bathrooms helped us all get ready quickly, and the kitchen and on-site laundry were really convenient. The beds, though, were hard as a rock, including the twins my son and daughter slept on. The location was great for walking to the Opera House and the nearby Christmas Market. We arrived a little early, around 1:30, on our first day, and they kindly arranged to meet us at the front door for check-in. Just know there’s no lobby at this location, so you need to arrange your check-in. A great option overall, but those beds!
The service was excellent, and the location was great. The apartment was modern, spotless, and comfortable, and I really felt at home during my wonderful stay at EMA House. Highly recommended!
The rooms were good and the location was great, but the air conditioning barely worked. The fan was broken and wouldn’t stand upright, so the heat made it hard for us to sleep at night. If they fixed that issue, everything else was good.
The service was very attentive, and the apartment was fully equipped in a great location near the lake. It could have been quiet, but the nearest site is under reconstruction.
