It's a shame, because the location is great, close to everything and convenient for travelers. But our stay was spoiled by the owner and staff. They were rude and unprofessional, and at times came across as threatening. Communicating with them felt like dealing with a scammer. Even though we checked in, they falsely marked us as a no-show on Agoda. I don't know why they did that, but it seemed suspicious and unfair. Be careful, you might get the same treatment.

Nicceeeeeeeeeeee and aaaaawweeeesomeee~~~~ Not!! I arrived at night and didn't check in yesterday, and was forced to write this review or they said they wouldn't honor my booking. I also tried contacting customer service, but couldn't reach them. The location is good, but I didn't like being treated this way. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are dorm-like, with cramped bathrooms and a super thin bathroom door. You can find cheaper places in Chungking Mansion, though it's a shady area. I'd rather go there and book in person than book online. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude while explaining the policy. Also, when I booked through Agoda, nobody mentioned the 3000 HKD deposit, which is about nine times my room fee. That's insane. They wouldn't even let me into reception, so we had to search for the property with all our luggage, and no one had the courtesy to offer us a seat.

The place itself was great, but the receptionist made it hard to feel comfortable. He looked like an Indian guy and was rude with a bad attitude toward customers. Please be careful.
