The apartment had everything provided: a washing machine, fridge, sink, cooktop, and oven. The rooms were cleaned every morning, towels were supplied, and there were soap dispensers in both the bathroom and shower. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was very roomy across two floors, with a comfortable bed, and the complex has lifts, so carrying luggage upstairs wasn't an issue. Some rooms have roof balconies, which are fantastic, with such a beautiful view over Prague. You can walk to popular spots from this great location, including the Astronomical Clock, about 10 minutes away.

The location was good, but the apartment was filthy and absolutely not worth the money. There were no towel hangers, so the towels had been left in the sink. The only soap was by the outside sink, and the bottle was less than half full. There was none in the bathroom. The hairdryer was disgusting, with hair on the back and toothpaste all over it. Worst of all, the toilet paper roll in the bathroom had big BLOOD stains. I was horrified at the thought of spreading disease with period blood. At 23:15, just as I was going to bed, a DJ party started in the room next to us. I tried calling reception a couple of times at my own expense, since there was no phone in the apartment, but nobody answered. The wifi was terrible too. We showed them photos and told them about it when we checked out the next morning, but they were unfriendly and didn't even apologize for the dirty apartment.

The wifi was a disaster, but we were here for a weekend break and spent most of our time out, so it didn't bother us much. The apartments were amazing, cosy, and huge, right in the heart of Prague.

The rooms were great, but it took us about 30 minutes to find the place. The main entrance is a small door on the main street near M&S.
