The room was lovely and warm, and it was easy enough to adjust the temperature. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water all day. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location worked well for us, close to a metro station and bus stop, with the centre of Dusseldorf walkable too. We had a very enjoyable four-night mini break. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we weren't hungry, and picked something up later in the mornings in Dusseldorf. The photos were taken as we were leaving because I forgot to take any when we arrived. No negatives for us, it suited us well.

The standard single room had everything I needed, and breakfast was good with nothing missing. At reception I was greeted with a big smile, which made me feel I'd chosen well. It was a wonderful experience, and a very pleasant hotel.

This was our second time at Henri Hotel, and we were happy to return. We had a Studio M, spacious and quiet, with great amenities. The staff were friendly, breakfast had lots of options and was excellent, and the city centre is just a few minutes away on foot. It's our usual choice when we're in Düsseldorf.

I booked Henri Dusseldorf at the last minute and really liked the spa, especially having a choice of oils, plus the steam room and jacuzzi. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with a very good selection of cheese spreads and breads. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was nicely relaxing. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has all the necessary amenities. It's within walking distance of the centre. I also liked the little touches, like the songs on the shower gel. Everything went well from arrival to departure.

A last-minute booking for a business trip turned into a very enjoyable stay. The bed was the most comfortable, and I liked the consistent theme. Having a red telephone is a nice touch, just in case world leaders need my advice.
